About Dr. Amy Zhang
Dr. Amy Zhang is a licensed acupuncturist practicing in Illinois and is board-certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She graduated from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine with a Master of Acupuncture.
Amy is a second-generation doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The specialty of acupuncture is pain management, including lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, arthritis, TMJ pain, frozen shoulder, postoperative pain, and infertility treatment. She also gets excellent results for allergies, anxiety, depression, menopause syndrome, impotence, Bell’s palsy, poor circulation, tinnitus, and neuropathy.
Amy is very passionate about holistic and integrative medicine. Amy is committed to being an advocate for everyone living a mentally and physically balanced life. She believes that the body’s strong immunity and restorative power are key to overcoming disorders.
